Seller is no longer a registered user
I purchased an item and when I view the item in my "won" section it tells me that the seller is no longer a registered user. There is no tracking number listed and the number in my paypal account is not valid. Is there a way to find out if the account was closed before or after my item was or wasn't shipped? Should I be worried here?|||You have 45 days from the day you paid to open INR claim and get either a FULL refund, what you paid for the item + what you paid for the shipping/handling OR you will get your item. I would give it at least 2 or 3 weeks depending on shipping method and distance, Then open INR and escalate immediately.Delivery Confirmation is confirmation of delivery, not tracking.|||Depending on the item (high fraud category DVDs Cell Phones etc) you also have the option to file te INR now and indicate the seller is now NARU ( Not A Registered User) . Should the item arrive, you can and should repay the seller .|||I would give it at least 2 or 3 weeks depending on shipping method and distance, Then open INR and escalate immediately I agree. I had the same thing happen to me in March. eBay made me wait a couple weeks before I could even open a claim (they added sellers handling time + supposed shipping method). Once I did though and said the seller was NARU, I was refunded immediately. I had one instance where the seller went NARU but their account was re-opened within a week and they apologized and said there was confusion with eBay (which of course made me leery), but in any case, your seller may reappear again shortly.(my posting ID)|||You can read shipping policy in their description,If yes,you can ask seller Good luck
