extra shipment and still nothing?hmmm.

I paid for 2 skin care products on May 25th and it's now June 7th and still nothing in the mail. The seller has re-shipped the item supposedly. Imagine that!. A total of 2 mailings and still nothing. Nobody has that kind of bad luck! I was trying to be patient and got worn out with the excuses. I filed INR and then the seller supplied Paypal with the same D/C number they'd given me on May 26th- wow -No new D/C number even though 1 extra shipment was supposedly made? That number of course is reading the same on the usps site, no change whatsoever because of course, no delivery. It's as if the seller got a number but never shipped a single thing! I will be getting a refund this Friday according to Paypal if it hasn't turned up. This seller has decent feedback so I'm not sure what went wrong.|||"I'm not sure what went wrong." Me either. I will definitely refund if it shows up.|||Any chance you have the wrong address on your Paypal account? (mis-spelled, one number off, etc?). The seller may be shipping the items to the wrong address and that's why they haven't turned up. Or, do you have the right name on Paypal and/or the same one of the person who rents/owns the house you live in? I know that only 2 people are listed on our mailbox so sometimes the mail for other renters doesn't get delivered.(my posting ID)|||@italiansoda9, Nope, no chance at all I have wrong address on paypal. I've received other ebay items with no problem. We are living in a brand new house that we built so no issue there either with the mailbox. Further, I sent the seller via ebay messages my name and address twice now just in case. Interestingly enough, last night I got another email in my ebay messages (not paypal resolution center) from the seller telling me they are RE-SHIPPING these items today and I should have them shortly. No new tracking (d/c) provided just another apology and more promise to re-ship. We'll see what shows up or not I guess. My mailman is really nice and we've not had one issue with him. I really need the product Hoping it turns up today.
