how many nonpayment strikes are allowed

before ebay will suspend or otherwise take action on a bidder? I have one buyer that won 5 items from me and didn't pay for any of them, no communication, received five strikes, but is still a registered, active bidder. What gives?|||received five strikes I wished it worked that way, but unfortunately, they will only receive 1 npb strike for those 5 items. From beasts we scorn as soulless, In forest, field and den, The cry goes up to witness The soullessness of men. ~M. Frida Hartley|||Sorry, I didn't answer your question....how many nonpayment strikes are allowed Ebay likes to keep such things a secret, but sellers can set up buyer requirements to block bidders who have as few as 2 within a 12-month period. From beasts we scorn as soulless, In forest, field and den, The cry goes up to witness The soullessness of men. ~M. Frida Hartley|||The Ebay Non Pay strikes need to be from different sellers. Ebay does not actually say how many it takes to go NARU.|||DO put the non paying bidder on your Block Bidder list and set your Buyer Requirements here Link Link|||Well based on the setting buyer requirements dropdown menu provided by eBay, apparently a buyer can have up to 5 unpaid item strikes in 1 to 12 months and still be an active bidder. I can't see why they would allow you to select 5 strikes in 1 month if that were NOT an option, so that tells me that there are active bidders with 4 strikes in 1 month out there.|||I was told 3 strikes and ebay takes some sort of action? I think that they do not reveal that info and I hope that at least they monitor or keep tract of the non-payer buyer and also the buyers who have a record of filing item "Not as Described" and "Item Not Received". In the latter case a monitoring of the destination city or town involved would be useful since we all know that mail is not lost .....it is stolen. But maybe I ask too much of ebay?
