have 2 user ids-one for buying, one for selling?

I read somewhere on these message boards that if you buy and sell, you should have 2 user ids. Is this true and if so, why?|||Yes - 1) - so that any problems that get you negged on your selling ID do not show up when you are buying ID. 2) So that, if you have difficulty with a seller, he cannot turn around and buy something from you and then neg you. 3) If you resell something you bought on eBay, the seller will not know you are making a profit on their item.|||Why, so your buyers don't know what you paid for an item , if for resale Second, if you have an issue with either buying or selling , a user won't know your seller's user id and bid to leave you a NEG. Best to have separate ids and they never interact Link Also if you post and someone does not like what you have to say, they won't know your seller ID to mess with your auctions. YES, it does happen. You can have as many ids as you like, so long as they do not interact with each other. Some use one id strictly for posting, one strictly for buyer and one strictly for selling.|||
