I know other people have posted similar questions but I cannot find an answer. My ipod stopped working the other day on my computer. It recieves a charge however it is not recognized by either iTunes or My Computer. Even putting it into disc mode does not have the ipod recognized my my computer. Other ipods work on my computer with the same cords so I know it is not the cord or my computer. I tried the 5 R's however i cannot restore my ipod because it isnt showing up in itunes to allow me to even try to restore it. Are there any other steps to take or do I have to send it in??
